Product FAQs
Can the covers go in the washing machine?
Yes. Remove the cover and take out the insert before washing. Follow each cover’s care label for the wash cycle and drying instructions.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes. The Better Cotton canvas is water-resistant and scratch-resistant: splashes and muddy paws wipe off, and after a really muddy day the cover goes in the washing machine.
How thick is it?
The Fritz Bed is a flat, open cushion filled with fibre from recycled bottles, for dogs that like to stretch out. Does your dog prefer an edge to lean on? Then look at the Nest Bed, with bolsters and memory foam.
Will my dog actually use it?
In the reviews, plenty of dogs took to it from day one. If yours doesn’t, you have 30 days to return it, as long as the vacuum-sealed insert stays unopened.
What are the dimensions?
Standard is about 89 × 64 cm (35 × 25 in), Grande about 102 × 79 cm (40 × 31 in). Measure your dog in their usual resting position and compare.
Do the colours look like the photos?
The prints are photographed in daylight, so what you see is close to what arrives. Still not sure? You have 30 days to exchange or return it, as long as the vacuum-sealed insert stays unopened.
How do I choose the size?
Measure the space your dog takes up in their usual resting position. Compare it with the dimensions in the guide beside the size options.
What is included?
One cover and one insert. Replacement parts are available separately.
