Delivery and returns
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation after dispatch. Delivery time depends on your destination.
What are the shipping costs, and how do I request a return?

Standard shipping to your selected destination: Austria. Shipping below €79: €6,99. Free from €79 after discounts.
The threshold applies after discounts. Your address and the options available at checkout determine the final shipping charge.

Returns & exchanges
To request a return, email contact@approvedbyfritz.com with your order number. Our team will explain the process. Please read the full conditions before returning your item.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from our US and European warehouses. Available delivery options, taxes and duties depend on your destination. Check our shipping information before ordering.
What should I check before opening a Fritz Bed?
For the Fritz Bed, the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Check the bed dimensions before opening the vacuum-sealed inner cushion. The return policy includes specific conditions for the Fritz Bed and its cover.

Products, sizing and care
How do I choose a size?
Measure your dog and compare the product dimensions in our size guide. For collars, use the neck measurement rather than breed alone. For beds, compare the sleeping space your dog needs with the listed dimensions.
What is included in the Walk Set?
One collar and one leash in your selected sizes, in the same colour. Available sizes and colours are shown on the product page.
What are the collars and leashes made of?
PVC-coated nylon webbing. Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse, then leave to air-dry.
Included: one collar. Matching leash sold separately.
Can the bed covers go in the washing machine?
Yes. Remove the fillings first. The Fritz Bed cover and the Nest Bed’s cushion and side covers unzip for washing. Follow each cover’s care label for the wash cycle and drying instructions.
