Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and no damage. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To handle your return we will charge a handling fee of $10.
The Fritz Bed
Please confirm you have the right size bed before opening your package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it with the dimensions on our website, or asking our team at info@approvedbyfritz.com. Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date. The vacuum seal of the bed insert must not be opened, as the bed cannot be repackaged once expanded. The Fritz Bed Cover may be opened for size, fabric and color approval.Β
Start a Return - USA + Canada
To start a return, find your order details in our portal. If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label which will be deducted by the refund amount, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty
We've put our hearts into crafting a collection of essentials built for endurance and longevity. That's why we provide on nearly all our products a one-year limited warranty. While a little wear and tear is inevitable, particularly in the company of furry friends, if the items you've chosen don't meet your expectations within a year of purchase, we're here to help or replace them at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer a free exchange via our portal link.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping costs and restock fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
