Shipping policy

 

We will prepare your order to ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or text message.*

How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping is free on all orders above $75 and EU 75.
  
• International Shipping is calculated based on weight.
• For orders shipped from our USA warehouse to Canada, South America, Australia, Asia and New Zealand, Import duties and taxes are calculated at check out, we ship your order DDP (delivery duty paid) which means that no unexpected costs will need to be taken in consideration after check out.
  
• For international orders shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse to the UK, Switzerland, Africa, Turkey and Middle East, please note that duties are not covered. You may receive aancustoms invoice you need to pay before delivery. 

Please be sure to triple-check your address as Approved by Fritz LLC and Approved by Fritz BV is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

International Orders: We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once packages are given to the mail carrier, if your package is delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.  

Where do you ship?

We ship to the US, CA, EU, UK and all international countries except from Russia, Iran, and Iraq. When you have any more questions about our shipping policy, please contact us via contact@approvedbyfritz.com or use the text message box, we usually respond within an hour via the textbox and 48 hours via mail.
